This chef is an artist, a creator, a composer. For this reason, there was no better name for the restaurant in Mannheim – Germany- he has got two Michelin stars for than Opus V, a clear reference to the numbering of music pieces created by classical music composers.
But these stars are not the only ones in the German chef prize list, as his professional career has been acknowledged with many culinary prizes among which we can highlight the Chef of the Year prize he got at the Anuga gastronomy exhibition in 2011, his first Michelin star gotten in 2014, or the 18 points given by the gastronomy guide Gault Millau 2018.
